About Fukuzumi no Yu
Fukuzumi no Yu is an onsen facility located in Fukiage, Hioki City. The sauna is a compact dry sauna that lets you work up a steady sweat using far-infrared heat. After the sauna, refresh yourself in an ice-cold, chiller-cooled cold plunge bath. The spring water is an alkaline simple sulfur spring with a pleasant sulfur aroma and abundant mineral particles, offering an exceptional quality. Outdoor air bathing in the open-air bath surrounded by greenery is a blissful experience.

An alkaline simple sulfur spring with a pleasant sulfur fragrance and an almost aromatic scent. The indoor bath has a faint yellow-green color while the open-air bath can range from clear green to milky white; the color changes day to day depending on the amount of mineral particles in the water. You can fully enjoy the fresh water continuously supplied from the source (non-recirculated hot spring).

Dry sauna
A compact dry sauna. Equipped with a far-infrared gas heater, it provides a quiet, TV-free space where you can take your time to sweat at your own pace while watching a 15-minute sand timer.
Cold BathCOLD BATH
Cold Bath
A compact cold plunge bath for two located right next to the sauna room. It has substantial depth so that when seated you can be submerged up to around the chin. It gives a sharp, refreshing cool-down to the body warmed in the sauna.
