The hot spring uses Fujikawaguchiko Onsen, a hypotonic, mildly alkaline spring with a gentle feel that warms the body all the way through. On the top-floor 5th-floor Mount Fuji observation public baths, "Morning Fuji" for men and "Evening Fuji" for women, guests can enjoy a full-scale high-temperature sauna, a jacuzzi, and a waterfall bath while taking in an exquisite bathing experience overlooking the slopes of the sacred Mount Fuji. The Garden Public Bath "Yuyuu", lined with a variety of baths with different atmospheres, is also popular, and after bathing, guests can enjoy luxurious hydration with the famous "Mt. Guests can fully enjoy bath-hopping, whether soaking while gazing up at the dramatic expanse of Mount Fuji from the 5th-floor observation public bath, or relaxing in the rich natural surroundings of the 1st-floor Garden Public Bath "Yuyuu", where there are stone open-air baths, ceramic baths, and open-air jacuzzis.

At the 1st-floor garden open-air bath "Yuyuu", the indoor bath is open from 15:00 to 09:30 the next morning, and the open-air bath is open from 15:00 to 23:00 / 06:00 to 09:30.
