A fully equipped authentic dry sauna located in the large bath "Akafuji" for both men and women. With no TV and a calm interior filled with quiet background music, the room is gently enveloped in comfortable heat of around 85 to 95°C, warming the body thoroughly and efficiently while promoting abundant perspiration. From the large window, you can softly look out over the bathing area and enjoy a truly refined sauna session in total relaxation.

A superb cold-water bath placed right in front of the sauna room. It uses an abundant free-flowing supply of "Fuji water" from natural underground springs, water of exceptional quality that is also suitable for drinking and renowned across Japan for its purity. The water temperature is a brisk 14 to 17°C. Its texture on the skin is astonishingly soft with absolutely no harsh edges, gently tightening the body after the sauna and guiding you into a blissful, melting totonou feeling.
