Shonin-ga-hama Onsen
Beppu Onsen, with one of the world's highest spring yields, is used throughout the facility as free-flowing natural hot spring water, from the guest room open-air baths to the large public bath. It is a sodium chloride spring with excellent heat-retaining effects, leaving you warm deep down after bathing. In particular, Shiosai no Yu on the first floor features an infinity open-air bath at 0 m above sea level, and when you sink into the tub up to your shoulders, you can enjoy an overwhelming sense of openness, as if you were floating on the sea.
