"Imagine Hotel & Resort Hakodate" is a hot spring hotel in Yukawa-cho, Hakodate, Hokkaido, overlooking the Tsugaru Strait. It has three private natural springs, the most abundant source volume in the Yunokawa area, and offers free-flowing hot spring water with water adjustment in every bath. The first-floor large bath, Nagomi no Yu, features an authentic self-löyly sauna equipped with a large Harvia heater from Finland, as well as a luxurious cold plunge bath with a depth of about 100 cm. From the top-floor sky open-air bath and foot bath, guests can enjoy spectacular views of the Tsugaru Strait, Mount Hakodate, and the glittering fishing lights.

A hot spring using the abundant water from three private springs in luxurious fashion, with the highest volume of source water among the facility's baths. The sodium-calcium chloride spring is colorless, clear, and smooth, known as a thermal bath that softly envelops the skin and offers excellent moisturizing and warming effects. It flows into the eighth-floor sky open-air bath, Usukeshi no Yu, the first-floor large bath, and even the foot bath, allowing guests to enjoy an elegant soak while listening to the waves of the Tsugaru Strait and, at night, gazing at the fantastical fishing lights.

An authentic Finnish löyly sauna newly installed in the first-floor large bath. It uses a large LEGEND 125 stove made by sauna manufacturer HARVIA. Self-löyly is available by pouring aroma water over the tower-style stove packed with sauna stones. The savory, mellow heat and steam instantly fill the room, creating a comfortable yet deeply satisfying sweating experience.

A cold plunge bath placed right in front of the sauna, notable for its deep tub. The water depth is about 80 to 110 cm, allowing you to immerse your whole body up to the shoulders in cold water. The refreshing coldness is outstanding and quickly sharpens and tightens a body warmed to the limit in the löyly sauna. Relaxation chairs are also available inside the bath area, and access to open-air bathing is convenient.
