"Oga Kanko Hotel" is a hot spring hotel in Oga City, Akita Prefecture. Guests can enjoy natural hot spring water at two distinct locations: Manten no Yu, a scenic bath on the top floor of the main building with views from 25 m above ground, and Jukai no Yu, a forest-bathing open-air bath on the basement floor of Shiomikan. The baths draw free-flowing water directly from a spring sourced from an adjacent sister property. With salt content similar to seawater, the water is known for its excellent heat-retaining and moisturizing effects, and is fondly called the "hot bath" and the "beautiful-skin bath." It is a large hot spring hotel that is also conveniently located for sightseeing in the surrounding area.

Large Public Bath Manten no Yu

Located on the 8th floor, this scenic large public bath boasts a magnificent panoramic view from 25 m above ground. Through the large glass windows, guests can take in the majestic Sea of Japan, a beautiful sunrise, and, weather permitting, the distant Shirakami Mountains. The hot spring is free-flowing, and the mellow chloride spring warms the body from the core. Large Public Bath Jukai no Yu

A soothing bath area nestled on the basement floor of Shiomikan and surrounded by the primeval forest. It features a spacious indoor bath and an open-air bath where you can feel the fresh forest air all around your body. This luxurious space lets you enjoy forest bathing and free-flowing hot spring water at the same time while looking out at the rich greenery of the trees stretching before you.
