Shodoshima Onsen

A natural hot spring renowned as a skin-beautifying bath. This alkaline, hypotonic, low-temperature spring is gentle on the skin, softly removing dead skin cells and leaving it smooth and beautiful. The indoor bath, or large public bath, is heated water, but in the open-air baths, "Olive no Yu" and "Hamakaze of Yu," right by the water’s edge, you can fully enjoy this famous spring while taking in the pleasant sea breeze, the magnificent ocean view of the Seto Inland Sea, and the mystical Angel Road that appears at low tide.
