A dry sauna located inside the panoramic public bath. The gentle radiant heat from the far-infrared heater slowly warms the body from deep within and encourages plenty of sweating. There is no TV, creating a quiet space where you can calmly work up a sweat while reflecting on the scenery of the Seto Inland Sea. Beat boards, or sauna mats, are also provided for hygienic use.

A compact cold plunge bath located right in front of the sauna. It is kept at a mild temperature that even beginners can enter comfortably and slowly, allowing for a cool-down with less strain on the body. After bathing or sauna use, you can refresh yourself by reclining on the benches in the 12th-floor panoramic open-air bath area, taking in the spectacular views of the Seto Inland Sea and the refreshing sea breeze with your whole body.
