"Tappizaki Onsen Hotel Tappi" is a scenic hot spring inn located at the northernmost tip of the Tsugaru Peninsula in Sotogahama, Higashitsugaru District, Aomori Prefecture. It boasts a superb location overlooking the Tsugaru Strait right in front of you, and from the large windows of the public bath and the open-air bath where the sea breeze drifts through, you can take in sweeping views of the blue sea and, on clear days, the mountains of Hokkaido across the water. Its signature Tappizaki Onsen is a calcium-sodium sulfate spring known for warming the body thoroughly all the way to the core. At night, you can spend a special moment listening to the sound of the waves while gazing at the fantastical fishing fires beautifully floating on the sea.
