Hot Spring & Bath Information

Bath

TypeNatural Hot Spring

A natural hot spring using the spring known as "Dai-ni Gyokuen no Yu," a sodium chloride spring. The water has a pale yellow-brown color, and because its seawater-like salt content clings to the skin and helps prevent sweat from evaporating, it is slow to cool you down and offers lasting heat retention. Inside the main bath area, there is also a popular "electric bath," which relieves stiffness in the body through the combined effects of the natural hot spring and electricity. In addition, there is a charming garden open-air bath surrounded by large natural rocks, rare even within the prefecture, where you can relax while gazing at the garden’s seasonal scenery.
