In addition to the spacious indoor large public bath, it also features an open-air bath where the sea breeze drifts softly through. On clear early mornings, you can experience the one-of-a-kind thrill of soaking in the tub while gazing at the beautiful sunrise rising over the 3,000-meter-class Tateyama Mountain Range across Toyama Bay.

Umiakari's motoyu, quietly standing on a hill about 3 minutes on foot from the main building's front desk and also open for day-use. In a dynamic natural rock bath with a soothing warmth from nature, 100% natural premium spring water that gushes from the grounds is luxuriously poured in free flow. Drawing from a private spring different from the one used in the main building, this authentic free-flowing hot spring is highly praised even by seasoned onsen lovers for leaving the skin smooth after bathing.
