About Nadaura Onsen Motoyu Isoppu

"Nadaura Onsen Motoyu Isoppu" is a scenic hot spring inn standing along the Nadaura coastline at the northernmost tip of Himi City, Toyama Prefecture. Its private spring, "Nadaura Onsen," gushes naturally from 1,000 meters underground on the property and boasts exceptional spring quality, having been selected as one of the Top 100 hot springs in the country by the Hot Spring Travel Certification. From the open-air bath and large public bath, guests can take in sweeping views of the Sea of Japan beneath the open sky, while the soothing sound of the waves carries pleasantly through the air. This high-quality water, formed from ancient seawater trapped 1,500 years ago and now turned into a hot spring, is 100% free-flowing from the source with absolutely no heating or dilution. Rich in sodium, it warms the body thoroughly from within and leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth, making it beloved as a beauty-enhancing hot spring.

Bath

A large public bath and open-air bath with a sweeping view of the vast Sea of Japan right in front of you. The 56.8°C private spring, "Nadaura Onsen," that wells up from the source on the property is filled directly into the tubs without any dilution or heating, offering an authentic 100% free-flowing natural hot spring. Originating from seawater trapped by crustal movement 1,500 years ago, this hot spring contains a high concentration of salt, thoroughly warms the body from the core, keeps you warm for a long time, and is said to be highly effective for poor circulation and joint pain.
