"Unazuki Onsen Hotel Kurobe" is a long-established hot spring inn with beautiful views, set on a quiet hill a short distance from the Unazuki Onsen area in Kurobe City, Toyama Prefecture. One of Unazuki's best locations, it offers views of the Kurobe Gorge Railway trolley train passing right in front, Unazuki Dam, Yamakibashi Bridge, and the emerald-green Kurobe River. From every guest room and throughout the building, guests can enjoy the panoramic beauty of Kurobe Gorge in every season, along with the heartwarming sight of passengers waving to one another. The hot spring water is a simple alkaline spring with exceptional clarity, renowned as a "skin-beautifying bath". Fresh, famous waters are drawn from the Kurozawa spring source upstream on the Kurobe River, and can be leisurely enjoyed in the open-air bath with its overwhelming sense of openness and in the spacious large communal bath.

Scenic Open-Air Bath Unazuki Onsen

An exceptionally open-air bath with dramatic views of the Kurobe Gorge, Unazuki Dam, and Yamakibashi Bridge right in front of you. In spring, you can enjoy cherry blossoms; in summer, brilliant fresh greenery; in autumn, fiery foliage; and in winter, beautiful snow scenes that evoke a sumi-e painting. Here, you can fully enjoy the changing seasons with your whole body. While listening to the sound of the river and the cheerful whistle of the trolley train, you can leave everyday noise behind and be wrapped in the finest relaxation.

Large Communal Bath Unazuki Onsen

A spacious large communal bath filled with high-quality, fresh hot spring water drawn over approximately 7 kilometers from the Kurozawa spring source upstream on the Kurobe River. It boasts exceptional clarity, is gentle on the skin, and is said to have detox and peeling effects. Rich in natural minerals, this historic and renowned "skin-beautifying bath" lets you fully enjoy the experience, leaving your skin smooth and silky when you soak slowly.

Bathing is available from 14:00 to 09:00 the following morning for overnight guests. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and from July to October on Wednesdays and Thursdays. [Day-use bathing] 12:00 to 16:00, Adults: 1,100 yen, Children: 550 yen. Please note that day-use bathing is not available on closed days, during busy periods, or on maintenance days, so please check in advance. Amenities are available for 300 yen for a face towel and 400 yen for a bath towel.
