A dry sauna equipped in the large public bath. The compact room, furnished with L-shaped benches, is a tranquil space with no TV or background music, allowing you to quietly focus on your breathing and the passage of time. The mild heat gently envelops your whole body, warming you slowly from the inside and encouraging a pleasant sweat. After leaving the sauna, you can cool down gradually with the standing shower’s cold water shower, then continue on to outdoor air bathing in the open-air space overlooking Mt. Yahiko.
