Livemax Resort Echigo-Yuzawa is an onsen hotel in Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture. The sauna, renovated in December 2025, offers löyly you pour yourself, so you can raise steam when you choose and sweat to your heart’s content. There is also a cold plunge and a space for cooling off in the open air, where you can refresh deeply in the clear air of snow country. Guest rooms with semi-open-air baths of Shigaraki ware and a private bath also let you have the onsen to yourself in private.
