There is no TV, and the mild, high-quality heat gently surrounds your body as you are enveloped by natural silence and beautiful scenery, leading you slowly into deep perspiration.

A mist sauna available only in the women's large bath area. Moist, warm mist wraps around your body, gently warming you through while adding moisture to your skin and hair. Even those who are not comfortable with high-temperature saunas can relax without feeling stifled, soothed by the pleasant, aromatic-like gentle humidity in a space that offers a private sense of comfort and relaxation for both body and mind.

A compact cold plunge bath installed right in front of the dry sauna. Clean water is supplied automatically, and its relatively mild, gentle coolness is one of its defining features. Even those who do not like intense cold can cool down comfortably and at their own pace, refreshing their heated body pleasantly after the sauna. For outside air baths, the chairs lined up on the terrace deck in the open-air area are exceptional, letting you soak in the natural breeze.
