Hotel Kinomezaka is an onsen inn in Minamiuonuma, Niigata Prefecture. A rooftop open-air bath with a superb view that takes in the whole outlook to the north. In the distance rises the celebrated peak of Mount Hakkai, which you can see in lush green in summer and, in winter, in a majestic, powerful form clad in white snow. Feeling the great outdoors through the four seasons on your skin, you can spend a luxurious, relaxing time.

An indoor main bathhouse with two tubs, one hotter and one cooler. Water from Muikamachi Onsen, gentle on the skin, is piped in, so you can relax at leisure at the temperature you prefer. In the spacious room you can take your time easing away the fatigue of daily life.

A dry sauna attached to the main bathhouse, where you give yourself over to the quiet space and take your time working up a sweat.
