A full-fledged dry sauna located in one of the week-by-week alternating bath areas. The moderately spacious room retains heat very well, and the powerful heat quickly envelops your entire body. With its simple design, free of TVs and unnecessary decorations, it is a setting where you can focus fully on your own sweating and relaxation. Combined with a warming pre-bath in the hot spring, you can enjoy a sharp and refreshing sweating experience.

A steam sauna located in the other of the week-by-week alternating bath areas. Set to a comfortably mild temperature, the warm white steam gently fills the room. Even if you are not comfortable with high-temperature saunas, you can warm yourself deeply from the core while taking it easy and enjoying the moisture without placing excessive strain on your throat or skin. A relaxing space that soothes the skin and gently loosens fatigue and stiffness.

A cold plunge bath located inside the large bath area, just outside the sauna room. It uses tap water, so the chill is very mild and the feel on the skin is extremely gentle. It is recommended for sauna beginners who are not good with sudden cooldowns, or for anyone who wants to enjoy the cold sensation slowly and for a longer time. Next to the tub there are also a pleasant jet bath cold plunge and a shower, so you can luxuriously condition your body with whatever combination suits your preference.
