Yamanashi Hayakawa Town

"Nishiyama Onsen Keiunkan" is a hot spring inn in Hayakawa Town, Minamikoma District, Yamanashi Prefecture. With more than 1,300 years since it first opened, it is recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's oldest inn, and it rigorously serves pure free-flowing water from its own source throughout the property, from the bathwater and showers to every guest room. After completing renovations in spring 2026, it added a cold plunge bath to the panoramic open-air bath "Bokei no Yu," which now features enhanced sauna facilities. In addition, the riverside open-air bath "Hakuhō no Yu" now includes a cave bath and bedrock bath. Surrounded by deep mountains in a remote hidden valley, guests can indulge in exquisite hot spring bathing and savor refined Japanese-style relaxation.
