"Setsugetsuka" is a hot spring ryokan in Hakone Town, Ashigarashimo District, Kanagawa Prefecture. It stands in a prime location, just a 1-minute walk from Gora Station. In the large public bath, Tamakatsura no Yu, and the large open-air bath, Kagari-bi, you can luxuriate in free-flowing hot spring water from two sources: Gora Onsen and Owakudani Gora Onsen. There is also a dry sauna with a refreshing woody aroma, a cold plunge bath where you can fully enjoy the water, and a spacious artificial carbonated spring. Three free private open-air baths that require no reservation, as well as hinoki private open-air baths in every guest room, are also part of the appeal.

The indoor bath in the large public bath, where you can relax in a spacious tub. Weakly alkaline Gora Onsen flows in generously, and its soft texture gently envelops the skin. Thanks to the double spring quality of chloride and bicarbonate, it is good for beautiful skin, and even after bathing it is hard to get chilled, so the warmth stays with you for a long time.

A vast open-air bath surrounded by trees and full of rustic charm. You can enjoy the hot spring water drawn from Owakudani, Owakudani Gora Onsen, in luxurious free flow. At night, kagari-bi is illuminated, and while fully taking in the mystical Japanese atmosphere, you can savor to your heart's content this superb healing space with its famous waters, known for their skin-beautifying and warming effects.

Three distinctive private open-air baths with different moods, made of rock or wood, called Hanasumi, Kangetsu, and Manten. No reservation is required, and they are free to use as often as they are available. Fresh spring water from Owakudani Gora Onsen is used in free flow. Without worrying about being seen, you can luxuriously enjoy a private bath while feeling the murmuring streams and breezes woven by Hakone's rich nature.
