About Sauna Metsä Oimachi Tracks

"Sauna Metsä Oimachi Tracks" is a city-style wellness spa in Oimachi, Shinagawa City, Tokyo. It features saunas with different concepts for men and women, including Japan’s first tram sauna and a sauna made with rare kelo wood. Guests can enjoy alternating hot-and-cold bathing in cold plunge baths of different temperatures using exceptionally soft ultra-soft water that feels gentle on the skin, as well as a variety of bathtubs. With a workspace and restaurant also on site, it is a refined space where you can step away from the city’s noise and deeply recover body and mind.

BathBATH

Hot Bath

A hot bath made with ultra-soft water and set to a firmly high temperature. Even a short soak warms you deeply from within, making it ideal for warming up before sauna use. When combined with alternating hot-and-cold bathing with a cold plunge bath, the heat刺激 refreshes your mood, and after bathing you can enjoy a clean, invigorating feeling.

Bubble Bath

Countless bubbles rising from the bottom of the tub envelop the entire body and provide a pleasant stimulation. Combined with the mellow feel of ultra-soft water, it allows you to slowly restore body and mind with a gentle sensation. A soothing bathing experience suited to moments before or after the sauna, as well as everyday relaxation time.

Beautiful Bubble Pot Bath

A personal-style pot bath where microscopic bubbles gently surround the entire body. As the bubbles burst, negative ions are generated, bringing a healing effect reminiscent of forest bathing. It is characterized by the soft touch of ultra-soft water, and after bathing, a gentle warmth spreads pleasantly throughout the body.

SaunaSAUNA

01SAUNA

Train View Sauna

Men's

Inspired by its location next to the Oimachi Station train depot, this is Japan’s first tram sauna. In a space modeled after the inside of a wooden tram car, pressing the button on the seat releases steam, creating a unique effect that feels like a train is starting to move. The spicy aroma of Western red cedar fills the car, and you can enjoy a short trip away from everyday life while feeling the travel mood drifting through the windows.

02SAUNA

Wälyu Kelo Sauna

Men's

A meditation sauna that luxuriously uses rare kelo, known as the jewel of wood, from the benches to the walls. With its original Wälyu structure, water running along the walls touches the kelo and releases a rich woody aroma throughout the space. Surrounded by gentle radiant heat, you can face your breathing deeply in an environment that evokes the stillness of the forest, guiding body and mind toward recovery.

03SAUNA

WOVEN SAUNA

Women's

A women-only herb sauna where the vitality and warmth of plants come into harmony. Carefully selected herbs, medicinal plants, and flowers arranged in mesh baskets and flasks are gently lifted by the rising steam. The interior makes lavish use of Western red cedar, blending a sweet, calming woody aroma with the fresh scent of medicinal herbs. Wrapped in natural fragrances that feel like walking through a forest, the mind and body quietly loosen and unwind.

Cold BathCOLD BATH

01COLD BATH

Cold Plunge Bath

Men'sWomen's

A cold bath that gently tightens the body after sauna use. Its deep design lets you sit half-squatting and immerse yourself up to the shoulders, allowing for even cooling of the entire body. The mellow water quality unique to ultra-soft water envelops your heated body, and the contrast with the heat creates a refreshing sense of buoyancy that clears the mind. It is a pleasant cool-down moment that leads smoothly into your next rest or outdoor air bath.

02COLD BATH

Kiyome Waterfall

Men'sWomen's

Cold water falling powerfully from above instantly cools the body like a waterfall. The dynamic water pressure provides a refreshing刺激, quickly cooling down the entire body warmed by the sauna. It offers a powerful cooling experience that sharpens your mood and leads you to your next step.

03COLD BATH

Metsa Cold Plunge Bath

Men's

An icy single cold plunge bath that tightens the entire body in an instant with its sharp cooling sensation. It uses ultra-soft water that feels gentle on the skin, helping you cool down thoroughly in a short time. By using it in sequence with the adjacent cold plunge bath of a different temperature, you can enjoy alternating cold baths that move from deep cold to milder cold, creating a unique sense of refreshment that leaves the body feeling light.
