Each bath has a different character, from a rock bath facing a bamboo grove to a vividly vermilion pot bath, an octagonal tub, and a bathing room wrapped in earthen walls, making the very act of moving from one open bath to another in search of an available one part of the travel experience. On the top floor, the large communal bath features a spacious indoor bath and open-air baths in both rock and cypress styles, where the soft waters of its simple alkaline hot spring gently envelop the skin. After bathing, massage chairs, ice cream, and late-night soba await, and Shuzenji Temple and the Bamboo Forest Path are within walking distance. It is a quiet hot spring inn reserved for overnight guests.

Large communal bath
The large communal bath is located on the top floor of the building. The bright, open indoor bath is spacious enough to stretch out your arms and legs, and the soft water of the simple alkaline hot spring slowly loosens your body to the core. The adjoining open-air baths come in rustic rock construction and cypress construction with a gentle wood texture. Soaking in the Shuzenji waters, said to be the oldest hot spring in Izu, lets the shifting air of the seasons drift across the surface. Open both at night and in the morning, so you can enjoy even a bath at daybreak.
Private bath
These free private baths require no reservation; if the lamp on the information board is lit, you can step right in. Each bath has a different atmosphere, from a rock bath facing a bamboo grove to a vividly vermilion pot bath, an octagonal tub, and a bathing room wrapped in earthen walls. Once you lock the door from the inside, the bath becomes your own private retreat. You can soak in Shuzenji's natural hot spring without a care in the world and enjoy the luxury of moving from one bath to another as many times as you like.
Guest room open-air bath
A Japanese-style room with an open-air bath and a wet veranda. It is not a hot spring, but the greatest luxury is being able to fill the tub whenever the mood strikes and bathe without anyone disturbing you. Sitting on the veranda, the breeze from Shuzenji gently brushes your cheeks, while the colors of the trees and the sound of the rain become part of the room's scenery. Whether late at night or early in the morning, it fills quiet time for just the two of you.
