Tokyo Minato City
Directly connected to Takanawa Gateway Station, a retreat for rest and recovery in the city
"Takanawa SAUNAS" is an urban sauna facility with outstanding access, directly connected to Takanawa Gateway Station in Minato City, Tokyo. Following Shibuya SAUNAS, it was comprehensively produced by Katsuki Tanaka, the author of Sauna-do. It was designed around the concept of "rest and recovery in the city." It features five rooms on the men’s side, three on the women’s side, and a private sauna available for exclusive booking. Each space offers a unique experience, including a meditation space where ripples spread across the water and a sauna with a spiral structure. After cooling down in the deep symbolic cold plunge bath and the reclining cold water bath, you can slowly bring your temperature back up in the bath. It also includes a restaurant, workspaces, and nap spaces, allowing you to step away from the hustle and bustle of the city and focus on recovering both body and mind all day long.

A soothing bath where you can thoroughly warm your body back up before or after the sauna, or after the cold plunge bath. A relaxing bath is provided so you can immerse yourself at your leisure, gently enveloping your chilled body and leading you into a deep state of relaxation.
