Guests with tattoos, body art, fake stickers, painting, or similar markings may not use the large public bath. However, tattoos that can be completely covered with two 10 cm x 14 cm cover seals may use the large public bath if the dedicated cover seals are worn. Cover seals are sold at the front desk for 220 yen each (tax included).

- About 40 minutes from Ise IC on the Ise Expressway
By train and bus
- JR/Kintetsu Toba Station -> shuttle bus about 30 minutes
- Toba Bus Center -> Kamome Bus (Toba Elementary School to Ishigaki Port Line), about 35 minutes, get off at Umi no Hakubutsukan Higashi -> about 10 minutes on foot
Shuttle service
- Overnight guests can use the shuttle bus between Toba Station and the hotel (advance reservation required)
- Hotel microbus departs from in front of Exit 1 of Kintetsu Toba Station: 14:15 / 15:30 / 16:45. Departs from the hotel: 9:00 / 10:00 / 11:00
- Reservations must be made by 18:00 on the day before check-in
Free parking for about 120 cars. Motorcycles are also allowed.
