Guests with tattoos, body art, fake stickers, painting, or similar markings may not use the large public bath. However, tattoos that can be completely covered with two 10 cm x 14 cm cover seals may use the large public bath if the dedicated cover seals are worn. Cover seals are sold at the front desk for 220 yen each (tax included).

By car

  • About 40 minutes from Ise IC on the Ise Expressway

By train and bus

  • JR/Kintetsu Toba Station -> shuttle bus about 30 minutes
  • Toba Bus Center -> Kamome Bus (Toba Elementary School to Ishigaki Port Line), about 35 minutes, get off at Umi no Hakubutsukan Higashi -> about 10 minutes on foot

Shuttle service

  • Overnight guests can use the shuttle bus between Toba Station and the hotel (advance reservation required)
  • Hotel microbus departs from in front of Exit 1 of Kintetsu Toba Station: 14:15 / 15:30 / 16:45. Departs from the hotel: 9:00 / 10:00 / 11:00
  • Reservations must be made by 18:00 on the day before check-in

Free parking for about 120 cars. Motorcycles are also allowed.
