About SAUNA Grimpia

"SAUNA Grimpia" is a sauna specialty facility in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture. This original facility was created by self-building and renovating a warehouse, and it has also been selected for Sauna Shuran as a highly regarded venue. It adopts a public mixed-gender style where men and women enjoy it together in swimsuits, and it is equipped with two rooms: the meditation sauna HUSH, where conversation is strictly prohibited, and CHAT, where conversation is allowed. The OH Radical cold plunge bath uses a special device to achieve mineral-water-level smoothness from underground water, and while it is extremely cold, it is gentle on the skin, guiding you to the ultimate state of totonou.

HUSH (meditation sauna)

A meditation sauna for facing yourself in silence, with the walls and ceiling wrapped in jet black. Because conversation is strictly prohibited, only the crackling of the stove and the sound of steam from self-löyly can be heard. In the jet-black darkness, you can deeply feel the texture of the heat and your own heartbeat, making this a stoic space.

CHAT (conversation OK sauna)

A conversation-friendly sauna with a relatively low ceiling designed for excellent heat circulation. You can relax with friends while enjoying the pleasant steam from self-löyly. Its unique löyly style using a watering can is another highlight, letting you enjoy a refreshing sweat in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

OH Radical cold plunge bath

An ice-cold cold plunge bath that achieves an ultra-smooth water quality comparable to underground water through a special device. Although it is extremely cold, it has a skin-clinging feel, delivers minimal shock when entering the water, and cools the whole body gently yet powerfully. This facility's proud "magic water" also offers potential beauty benefits.
