Amber Submersion Cold Plunge Bath
The men's bath has a two-tier structure with water depths of 120cm and 150cm, maintaining cold water at 13°C to rapidly lower body temperature. The full-body cold stimulation awakens the sympathetic nervous system, leading to a powerful reset feeling through the sauna→cold plunge bath→outdoor air bath cycle.
