About La Vista Yokosuka Kannonzaki Terrace
"La Vista Yokosuka Kannonzaki Terrace" is a resort hotel in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Built on the Kannonzaki cape jutting out into Tokyo Bay, it features an open-air bath facing the sea filled with natural hot spring water drawn from Aburatsubo Onsen. Wrapped in the scent of the tide and the sound of the waves, there is something exceptional about soaking in the reclining bath while gazing out at the ocean. The indoor baths overlooking the sea include jet baths and reclining baths, while the men's large bath has a dry sauna and a cooling room filled with cold air, and the women's large bath has a steam sauna, along with a low-temperature bedrock bath. The hotel building also offers natural hot spring private baths that require no reservation, making it possible to enjoy a private soak whenever the mood strikes. A restaurant with ocean views, a spa, an outdoor pool in summer, and a glamping building are also available.
Hot SpringONSEN
Large public bath
The open-air bath facing the sea is filled with natural hot spring water drawn from Aburatsubo Onsen. The salty water characteristic of a chloride spring wraps your skin softly, and its warmth lingers long after you get out. If you rest in the reclining bath, Tokyo Bay spreads out before you, and watching the sea makes time itself seem to slow. On the women's side, there is also a kame-yu bath. The indoor bath overlooking the sea through a large window uses heated water, and you can move between jet baths and reclining baths however you like.
Private bath
A natural hot spring private bath located on the second floor of the hotel building. No reservation is required, and once you check availability with the lamp on the information board and close the door, the bath becomes a private space for you and your companions alone. Each tub has its own atmosphere based on a sea theme, allowing you to sink into the hot spring in any posture you choose without worrying about anyone else. Because you can stop by whenever you like, even late at night or at dawn, you can enjoy the luxury of a bath before bed or a soak to wake up.

Dry sauna
A dry sauna in the men's large bath. The dry heat gently brushes against your skin, and after sitting for a while, sweat begins to bead on your forehead and then run down your back. As you steady your breathing in the quiet room free of unnecessary noise, the edges of your thoughts soften, and the tension that had been building since the start of the trip slowly unwinds. In the same men's bath area, there is also a cooling room filled with cold air to calm your overheated body, letting you repeat the cycle of heat and cold to your heart's content.
Steam sauna
A steam sauna in the women's large bath. Fine, white, mist-like steam fills the room, and the damp heat that clings to your skin wraps you gently. Even if dry heat is not your preference, it is easy on the throat and skin, and simply sitting there lets warmth slowly reach deep into your body. In the hazy space where the world beyond the mist fades from view, even your sense of time slips away, allowing you to relax deeply and forget, for a while, that you are even on a trip.

Bedrock bath
A low-temperature bedrock bath on the second floor of the spa facility. Different kinds of stone are embedded in the floor, and when you wear the special garment and lie down, the gentle heat radiating from the stones slowly sinks into your back. There is none of the suffocating intensity of a high-temperature sauna; simply lying still makes you begin to sweat, while stiff shoulders and lower back gradually loosen. Since you can use it freely whenever it is available, you can drop by as many times as you like between baths.

By car
- About 6 minutes from Maborikaigan IC on the Yokohama-Yokosuka Road via Prefectural Route 209
- About 1 hour 15 minutes from Tokyo (Tomei Expressway Yokohama Machida IC → Route 16 → Yokohama New Road → Yokohama-Yokosuka Road Maborikaigan IC)
By train and bus
- From Yokosuka Station on the JR Yokosuka Line, take a bus bound for Kannonzaki for about 35 minutes. Get off at La Vista Yokosuka Kannonzaki Terrace / Yokosuka Museum of Art Mae, then walk about 2 min
- From Maborikaigan Station on the Keikyu Main Line, take Keikyu Bus route Su24 bound for Kannonzaki for about 10 minutes.
Shuttle service
- Shuttle service is available from Keikyu Maborikaigan Station. Outbound service requires advance reservation and departs every 10 minutes from in front of the post office between 14:00 and 17:00.
- Return service requires no reservation and runs every 30 minutes from 10:00 to 11:30.
