About Tsunashima Gensen Yukemuri no Sho
"Tsunashima Gensen Yukemuri no Sho" is a day-use hot spring facility in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. You can luxuriate in the black-brown natural hot spring that springs from Tsunashima, an area once called Tokyo’s back garden, in a rock bath with free-flowing source water in the open air, as well as Japan’s first carbonated amber bath. The sauna facilities include a Finnish-style sauna where self-löyly with aroma water is possible, and a gentle steam salt sauna. After heating up, you can cool down in a refreshing cold mineral spring water bath using the source water. The facility also offers six types of bedrock baths, a relaxation area lined with reclining chairs with TVs, and a dining area serving carefully crafted tofu dishes, creating a premium healing space where you can forget everyday life and deeply refresh both body and mind.

A black-brown sodium bicarbonate cold mineral spring that rises in Tsunashima, an area once called Tokyo’s back garden. The open-air area features a free-flowing rock bath and tsubo baths surrounded by seasonal plantings and the soothing sound of a waterfall. The indoor baths include a silky, soft source-water tub, as well as Japan’s first carbonated amber bath, which infuses black hot spring water with carbon dioxide. A six-area bedrock bath zone using more than eight kinds of stones with a variety of benefits, including Himalayan salt rock and yakuhouseki. Guests can use it together regardless of gender in special clothing, and the far-infrared effect warms the body gradually from deep within. The facility also includes a comfortable, moisture-rich space with ultra-fine nano steam that does not feel stifling, as well as a cool-down room with ice objects on display. In the spacious area, you can spend as much time as you like on detox and relaxation.
