Shinshu Health Land is a 24-hour hot bath and accommodation facility located in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture. It offers a variety of five saunas with different temperature ranges: the 120°C Showa Strong, the 90°C Reiwa Strong, the 70°C Shinken SAUNA with self-löyly, a mist sauna, and a salt sauna, promoting gradual perspiration. You can finish off with a refreshing cold plunge bath using abundant underground water. The facility also features over 20 types of large baths, including carbonated baths, tourmaline open-air baths, and medicinal baths, allowing you to enjoy a variety of bathing experiences. It is fully equipped with gender-separated stone saunas, Japanese, Western, and Chinese restaurants, relaxation facilities, and 245 guest rooms, offering a comfortable stay from morning till night with a stunning view of the Northern Alps.
