Reiwa Strong 90
A high-temperature sauna with two sauna stoves installed, maintaining high humidity with automatic löyly every 10 minutes. The balance of heat and steam is exquisite, efficiently raising the perceived temperature. The interior made of Nagano cypress spreads the scent of cypress, promoting relaxation through sight and smell. The spacious area allows for comfortable seating, making it suitable for group use.
Showa Strong 120
An ultra-high-temperature sauna following the Japanese dry sauna culture. The sharp, piercing heat envelops the skin, inducing rapid perspiration in a short time. The interior made of Nagano cypress enhances the texture, and the scent of cypress calms the mind even in high temperatures. Crystal Mist Sauna

Cold Bath 1
A cold plunge bath using abundant underground water in a continuous flow. It maintains a stable coldness of 16-18°C throughout the year, quickly cooling down the body heated in the high-temperature sauna. The water quality is soft, causing little strain on the body even with prolonged immersion. The spacious area allows for comfortable entry, enabling stress-free cooling even during busy times.
Shigaraki Ware Single Cold Plunge Bath
