About Izumi Tenku no Yu Haneda Airport

"Izumi Tenku no Yu Haneda Airport" is a natural hot spring facility directly connected to Terminal 3 of Haneda Airport in Ota-ku, Tokyo. While soaking in the strong saline chloride hot spring from a private source 1,500 meters underground, you can enjoy the spectacular view of planes taking off and landing from the men's bath, and Mount Fuji from the women's bath. It features two types of saunas: a dry sauna with automatic löyly and a herbal steam sauna, a cold plunge bath, and a carbonated bath. There are also three types of stone saunas, a Japanese restaurant, and body care services. Open 24 hours, it is an ideal spot for relaxation before or after your flight, directly connected to the airport.

Hot SpringONSEN

Haneda Airport Izumi Tenku Onsen

A natural hot spring from a private source approximately 1,500 meters underground. The amber-colored water is characterized by its high salt concentration typical of chloride springs, creating a thin salt film on the skin, providing excellent moisturizing and heat-retaining effects. Also known as "Beauty Bath" and "Moisturizing Bath," it leaves the skin moist and supple after bathing. It is expected to be effective for cold sensitivity, fatigue recovery, and dry skin conditions. In the open-air bath, you can enjoy a unique view of planes taking off and landing from the men's bath and Mount Fuji from the women's bath while bathing.

SaunaSAUNA

01SAUNA

Dry Sauna

Men's

A tower-type dry sauna similar to the men's bath. With automatic löyly every 15 minutes, steam circulates throughout the room, enveloping the body in comfortable heat and humidity. The higher you go, the hotter it feels, allowing you to sweat at your own pace. Combined with the outdoor air bath from the women's bath "Fujimi no Yu" with views of Mount Fuji, you can enjoy a luxurious sauna experience.

02SAUNA

Herbal Steam Sauna

Men's

A low-temperature steam sauna with the aroma of herbs. Characterized by a refreshing scent from herbal ingredients like mint and gentle steam. Suitable for those who find the intense heat of the dry sauna too much. It warms the body from the core while providing relaxation benefits from the herbal aroma.

Cold BathCOLD BATH

01COLD BATH

Cold Bath

Men's

A cold plunge bath located right outside the sauna room. With a crisp cold water temperature, it provides a quick cool down for the body heated by the high-temperature dry sauna. It is spacious enough to relax even during busy times. After cooling down in the cold plunge bath, it is recommended to enjoy an outdoor air bath in the open-air area with a view of planes taking off and landing. The combination of the view and the cold plunge bath offers a refreshing "totonou" experience.

Most of what we surveyed never even made it onto this site. This book is a further cut from what did. Our editor bathed in every onsen and sauna in it, and wrote only what they confirmed on the ground.
