A women-only sauna where salt and clay packs placed inside the room can be used freely. In a space filled with a rich aromatic fragrance, you can slowly warm your body while being enveloped in low-temperature steam. Gently rubbing salt or clay into open pores helps remove old dead skin cells and sebum, and after bathing you can feel your skin become astonishingly smooth.

Forest Cold Plunge Bath
A newly installed, open-air cold plunge bath in the men's outdoor rotenburo area, with a depth of 90 cm. You can soak in it all the way up to your shoulders while feeling the outdoor air, cooling your entire body evenly. With convenient access from the Medi Sauna, this cool-down under the natural breeze offers a special kind of comfort that feels different from indoor baths.
