About Kotori no Yu

"Kotori no Yu" is a day-use hot spring facility in Matsushiro Town, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture. It features a steam sauna that gently warms the body from low temperatures with thick, moisture-rich steam, as well as a cold plunge bath for a soft cooling effect. After the sauna, you can fully enjoy relaxing outdoor bathing in the scenic open-air observation bath overlooking Zenkoji Plain and the Hakuba mountain range, or at the edge of the garden open-air bath, while listening to the chirping of birds. The natural hot spring water is effective for relieving chills and fatigue. There is also a unique "nesting" rest space with 10,000 books, making it an appealing place where you can stay comfortably all day.
