"Yunohana Sento Zuisho Matsumoto-kan" is a large day-use bath facility in Nagano Prefecture's Matsumoto City, in the Nagisa district. Located inside the shopping mall Nagisa Life Site, it enjoys an outstanding location about 3 minutes by car from the Matsumoto Interchange. Natural hot spring water from Tokura Kamiyamada Onsen is transported every day by tanker truck from the affiliated Zuisho Kamiyamada Main Branch in Chikuma City. The baths include a wide variety of options such as an open-air bath, rock bath, reclining bath, and pot bath. The sauna area features two types: a powerful four-tier tower-style high-temperature sauna and a quiet open-air low-temperature meditation sauna. The cold bath uses rich natural groundwater from Matsumoto, generously poured in a continuous flow, and its cold, mellow water is especially popular with sauna lovers.
Pure natural hot spring water (alkaline simple sulfur spring) is delivered every day by tanker truck from Tokura Kamiyamada Onsen, where the group has another branch. You can enjoy its soft texture and rich sulfur aroma in the large indoor rock bath and other baths. Even though it is transported water, you can casually enjoy its skin-smoothing beauty benefits in Matsumoto and warm yourself deeply from the core.
A spacious high-temperature dry sauna with four tiers of tower-style seating. The far-infrared heater gives off powerful heat, warming the room to a perfectly sizzling level. Because you can choose your temperature zone by sitting on different tiers, you can enjoy a deep sweating experience tailored to your preference.
A low-temperature sauna located in the open-air area and billed as a meditation room. It has seating for 10 people, divided up like individual booths, and offers a superb meditation space where talking is prohibited in a quiet, gentle temperature. Even if you are not fond of hot saunas, you can take your time and fully relax both body and mind.
A cold bath filled with abundant natural groundwater from Matsumoto, used in a continuous flow. The mellow, refreshing, high-quality groundwater is gentle, almost clinging to the body, and delivers an excellent cooling experience. The men's bath cold bath has a maximum depth of 110 cm, allowing you to cool your whole body at once.
