About Nagato Onsen Yasuragi no Yu

"Nagato Onsen Yasuragi no Yu" is a day-use bath facility in Nagawa Town, Chiisagata District, Nagano Prefecture. Located next to the roadside station Marumero no Eki Nagato along National Route 152, it offers outstanding convenience. Its highlight is a spacious public bath with an open, expansive feel, where you can enjoy grand views of Mt. Eboshi to the north and Mt. Tateshina to the south through large windows. The water is a sodium sulfate hot spring, a silky beauty bath that gently removes dead skin cells. In the open-air area, you will find the facility's signature hagama-buro and okeburo, both 100% free-flowing baths, letting you enjoy fresh spring water to yourself. A sauna scented with wood, a crisply cold cold plunge bath, and outdoor air baths with a river breeze are also major attractions.

Hot SpringONSEN

Nagato Onsen

A large bath with a full glass view of the grand mountains of Mt. Eboshi and Mt. Tateshina. The spring quality is a sodium sulfate hot spring with a faint silky texture from bicarbonates, giving it a gentle bathing feel that seems to cling to the skin. It helps remove old dead skin cells while leaving the body deeply warmed, moisturized, and slow to cool, making it a highly capable beauty and skin-conditioning hot spring.

Most of what we surveyed never even made it onto this site. This book is a further cut from what did. Our editor bathed in every onsen and sauna in it, and wrote only what they confirmed on the ground.
