About Nunobiki Onsen Mikakino-yu

"Nunobiki Onsen Mikakino-yu" is a day-use hot spring facility surrounded by the rich natural beauty of Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture. From the open-air bath in the large public bath, you can take in sweeping views of the majestic Asama mountain range and the peaceful countryside, making for an open and relaxing bathing experience. The waters are a sodium chloride hot spring renowned for warming you to the core. The sauna features a genuine bona sauna with the heat source housed beneath the bench, creating a pleasant, high-quality humidity. Right in front of the sauna room, there is a pleasantly mild and cool cold plunge bath, allowing for an exceptional totonou experience with cold water and the refreshing outdoor air of the highlands.

A cold plunge bath prepared right next to the sauna room, with a mild and gentle coolness. Because it is not too cold, it is easy on the body, and you can soak for a while to cool down your heated skin.
