"Miharashi no Yu" is a day-trip hot spring facility located on a hill in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture (Nishiminowa). As its name suggests, the outdoor bath and the large indoor bath offer a sweeping view of the majestic Southern Alps mountain range, the beautiful panorama of Ina city, and at night, a stunning nightscape unfolds before you. The water is a natural hot spring known for its gentle feel and for leaving the skin smooth. The sauna is a full-fledged dry sauna with very strong heat, and after working up plenty of sweat, you can tighten your body in a crisp, refreshingly cold cold plunge bath, then enjoy an exceptional open-air bath while taking in the spectacular scenery.
