About Pokapoka Land Miasa
"Pokapoka Land Miasa" is a comprehensive hot spring lodging facility attached to a roadside station in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture. After thoroughly working up a sweat in the comfortable, non-stifling bouna sauna with the heaters built into the structure, you can cool down refreshingly in a private pot-style cold water bath that uses groundwater. Its greatest draw is the rare Hokkōseki no Yu, made with a precious mineral recognized as a Special Natural Monument. Together with the gentle, simple hot spring that is kind to the skin, it offers a superb bathing experience that warms you from the core. The open-air area surrounded by the crisp air of the highlands, private rental baths, and a restaurant serving local food are also available, allowing you to spend peaceful time away from the noise of everyday life.

Large Bath
You can enjoy a gentle simple hot spring that is mild and kind to the skin, as well as Hokkōseki no Yu, made with a precious mineral designated as a Special Natural Monument. Hokkōseki no Yu warms you thoroughly from deep within your body, and the pleasant afterglow stays with you long after you leave the bath. An open-air bath where you can enjoy the highland air is also available.

The private bath, Yasuragi no Yu, lets you enjoy a leisurely bath in a private space without worrying about other people around you. With its open design, you can savor a blissful moment to your heart's content with someone special or with family.

Sauna & Cold Bath
The bouna sauna, with its heater built into the back of the bench, has no visible heat source, so it feels open and uncluttered and surrounds the room with a mild heat that is not overly stifling. After slowly warming your body all the way to the core in the quiet space, head to the luxurious private pot-style cold water bath with groundwater flowing directly through it. Its soft feel against the skin and refreshing coolness gently tighten your overheated body, leading you naturally to outdoor air bathing in the open-air area where the crisp highland breeze blows through.
