"Nozomi Sunpia Saku" is a hot spring within a multi-purpose resort facility in Saku, Nagano Prefecture, centered on medical care, welfare, and health promotion. From the large public bath, Sunpia Onsen, located on the top floor of the main building's 5th floor, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view overlooking the majestic Asama mountain range and the tranquil streets of Saku Plain. The water is a superb simple hot spring with a soft feel and little temperature loss after bathing. The sauna facilities include a gentle dry sauna that warms you slowly and comfortably, as well as an authentic aroma mist sauna, which is popular for its regular bursts of hot steam and refreshing fragrance. The newly installed open-air tsubo cold plunge bath and the totonou experience in the scenic outdoor air bath area are exceptional.
