Mure Onsen Tengu no Yakata is a day-use hot spring facility in Iizuna, Nagano Prefecture. From the spacious public bath and open-air baths you can enjoy panoramic views of Reisenji Lake and the Five Peaks of northern Shinshu. What has been getting attention among sauna enthusiasts is a retrofitted single-person personal cold plunge bath. It is fed by a continuous flow of cold tap water that can be as low as 10°C (single), allowing you to experience an intense totonou (a state of perfect relaxation).
