A natural hot spring inn just off Shobara IC. Known as Shobara Sakura Onsen, this bath-themed park features 16 types of baths, alternating daily dry and mist saunas, and a unique separate cold plunge bath.
Shobara Sakura Onsen is a natural hot spring heated only from its source. In addition to the open-air bath and large public bath, you can enjoy this spring water in a wide variety of baths, including jacuzzi tubs and alternating special baths. The bathing environment, renewed alongside the facility renovation, is a gentle, skin-friendly famous spring beloved not only by overnight guests but also by local regulars.
These are unique, limited-time baths that appear irregularly, including the first appearance in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions of the Class 2 OTC bath additive Chinpi Jibosan Bath Additive, as well as an icy cool bath, a collagen bath, and a Pine Ame bath. They are a core part of this bath-themed park, offering new discoveries and experiences every time you visit.
An open-air bath with views of the mountains and sky of Shobara, plus a jacuzzi functional bath. You can soak while gazing at the scenery unique to a hot spring surrounded by mountains, and enjoy the sun setting or a sky full of stars in a space that feels open and deeply connected with nature.
A relatively new convection-style dry sauna with a faint woody aroma. This compact, TV-free space is filled with plenty of heat, and guests can borrow complimentary disposable sauna hats, single-user carpet mats, and even fans for self-aufguss. The setup can be enjoyed on alternating days for men and women.
A mist sauna packed with humidity, equipped with nine mist nozzles in the ceiling. Soft steam envelops your whole body and is gentle on the skin and respiratory system. It alternates with the dry sauna on men’s and women’s days, so you can enjoy a different steaming experience each time you visit.
A distinctive cold plunge bath area set on the dry sauna side, with three separate single-user box-style baths lined up in a row. When you press a button, water pours down from above your head, creating a uniquely surprising experience. This one-of-a-kind cool-down space lets each person focus on and fully enjoy the cooling experience.
