"Sentopia Awara" is a day-use hot spring facility located in the Awara Onsen area of Awara City, Fukui Prefecture. It offers the charm of a space that combines modern comfort while honoring the history of the famed hot springs that have continued since the Meiji era. There are two bath areas, the open, airy Ten no Yu and the calm, relaxing Chi no Yu, and men and women alternate each week. The high-temperature dry sauna is a full-fledged sauna where you can work up a good sweat efficiently with intense heat. A sharply chilled cold plunge bath and outdoor air bathing area, where you can feel the atmosphere of the hot spring town, are also available, allowing you to enjoy a high-quality sauna experience along with the traditional hot spring.

A clean, high-temperature dry sauna. With L-shaped two-tier seating and a slightly lower ceiling design, the heat is efficiently transferred to the body, allowing you to work up a deep sweat. You can refresh yourself in a calm atmosphere while watching TV.
A sharply cold cold plunge bath installed right next to the sauna. Designed for one person, its compact size quickly cools down a body heated by the sauna. Fresh water is continuously supplied, offering a refreshing cooldown experience.
