A mild 80°C sauna prepared on the men’s floor. It is suitable for those who want to relax slowly over time or for those who are not yet used to sauna bathing. The bouna sauna with heaters built into the seating and walls, together with auto löyly, promotes comfortable sweating without making it hard to breathe. It is a pleasant space where you can sit for a long time.
The largest core sauna on the men’s floor, set to 90°C. Its balance of temperature, humidity, and spaciousness is excellent, and many regulars start here first. The even heat unique to the bouna sauna, combined with the rich humidity of auto löyly, lets you work up a solid sweat without feeling stinging heat on your face.
A high-temperature sauna available only on the men’s floor, boasting a scorching 110°C and ranking among the hottest in Tokyo. It is an immersive space with upbeat background music, intentionally giving it a different atmosphere from the other rooms. The powerful heat and the humidity from auto löyly combine to create an intense sweating experience, with sweat pouring out all at once from your entire body.
This 80°C room serves as the main sauna on the women’s floor. It is set to a temperature that allows for long, comfortable sessions, and its gentle heat is easy on the body. Thanks to the rich humidity provided by the bouna sauna and auto löyly, you can warm up deeply and comfortably without feeling short of breath.
On the women’s floor, this 90°C sauna is for serious sauna enthusiasts and those who want to enjoy higher temperatures. The heat from the bouna sauna spreads evenly from top to bottom, and the steam created by auto löyly wraps your body securely. While it encourages more sweating than a regular sauna, it is a space where you can fully enjoy a pleasantly hot experience.
Each of the men’s and women’s floors has two cold plunge baths with different temperatures, letting you fully enjoy the contrast of hot and cold bathing. On the men’s floor, there is an ultra-cooling 9°C single bath and a mild 15°C bath; on the women’s floor, there is a sharp 13°C bath and an easy-to-enter 17°C bath. After cooling down your body to your preferred level after sauna bathing, you can move on to an ultimate outdoor-air-bath experience in the chill space while still wearing your swimsuit.
