Tokyo Itabashi City
An oasis in Tokyo where you can unwind in an uguisu-colored free-flowing natural spring and a beautiful Japanese garden
"Maenohara Onsen Sayanoyu Dokoro" is a day-use hot spring facility in Itabashi Ward, Tokyo. Here you can fully enjoy a rare uguisu-colored "iodine-sodium-chloride strong brine spring" in the city as free-flowing natural spring water. After working up a good sweat in the dry sauna, cool down comfortably in the cold plunge bath filled with soft well water. Outdoor bathing while gazing at the beautiful Japanese garden, which changes with the seasons, will make you forget the bustle of the city. With bedrock baths, a restaurant serving 100% soba, and relaxation facilities such as aromatherapy, you can spend a leisurely, restful day here.

An open-air bath where you can luxuriate in the rare uguisu-colored cloudy water of Tokyo as free-flowing natural spring water with no added water. The highly saline spring quality gently envelops the skin, and the warmth continues long after you get out of the bath. You can enjoy an exquisite bathing experience in the clear air.

An open-air bath surrounded by lush greenery. During the day, enjoy the dappled sunlight filtering through the trees, and at night, look up at the starry sky and the moon while soaking in natural hot spring water amid scenery that changes with the seasons. A healing space where both body and mind can relax.

The private semi-open-air bath "Akari" is quietly nestled within the garden. In this private space, free from disturbance, you can leisurely enjoy natural hot spring water with someone special. Spend a special moment of relaxation in a serene space filled with Japanese elegance.

A bright and spacious tower-style dry sauna. The higher you go, the more intense the heat feels, drawing out a strong sweat. In a quiet space where you can face yourself, enjoy a comfortable sweating experience that warms you from the core.

A women-only steam sauna filled with the rich aroma of Chinese medicinal herbs and hot steam. Each week, different Japanese and Chinese medicinal herbs, mugwort, and other herbs are used, surrounding you with a pleasant fragrance. By gently rubbing the provided salt onto your body, you can experience even greater sweating and a smoother skin feel.

A cold plunge bath using well water, located right next to the sauna. Its touch on the skin is extremely soft, gently cooling down your heated body as if enveloping it. After the cold plunge, you can smoothly move on to blissful outdoor bathing while looking out at the Japanese garden, which changes with the seasons.

A bedrock bath area made up of rooms with four different temperature ranges and themes for spring, summer, autumn, and winter. It can be used by men and women together in special clothing, and the far-infrared rays emitted from natural bedrock such as Tenjuseki and Yakuhogyoku warm you gradually from deep within. There is even a winter room that refreshes the skin with cool air, so you can enjoy detoxing at your own pace to your heart's content.
