A full-fledged dry sauna attached to the large bath. It is a quiet, soundless space with no TV or BGM, and the clean interior with the warmth of wood lets you enjoy sweating while calmly facing yourself. It is mildly heated, yet the heat penetrates deeply, making it a pleasant setting that warms you from the core of your body. Sauna hours are 14:00-01:00, with no morning operation.

Cold Plunge Bath
A cold plunge bath located right near the sauna room. It quickly cools and tightens a body that has been thoroughly warmed in the sauna. After cooling down, you can enjoy an excellent outdoor air bath in the open-air area overlooking the scenic beauty of Matsushima Bay, while feeling the pleasant sea breeze.
