In spotlessly kept surroundings, you can savor to your heart’s content a special bathing experience that feels at one with nature.

Dry sauna
An authentic dry sauna attached to the main bathhouse. With no TV or background music, it is a quiet, silent room, clean and warm with the feel of wood, where you can take your time turning inward as you work up a sweat. The heat is mild yet penetrating, a comfortable setting that warms you to the core. The sauna is open 14:00–01:00 (not open in the morning).

Cold plunge
The cold plunge sits right next to the sauna room. After you have warmed up thoroughly in the sauna, the cold pulls the body taut. Once you have cooled down, head to the open-air area overlooking the spectacular view of Matsushima Bay and enjoy a superb spell of cooling off in the open air in the pleasant sea breeze.

Parking for about 200 cars. At Matsushima-Kaigan Station, the shuttle bus stops for the Tohoku Main Line Matsushima Station service and for the hotel service are in different places.
