From the top-floor open-air observation bath, you can take in the islands scattered across Matsushima Bay and a breathtaking panorama of the sunrise. On the first floor, the relaxation facility Nigiwa SPA features a full-fledged auto löyly sauna and a rock salt bedrock bath, both shared by men and women and available to enjoy together with a partner while wearing the in-house loungewear. It offers an adults-only hot spring retreat where you can savor premium hot springs, sauna, and gourmet cuisine to your heart's content.

Large public bath

A spacious indoor large public bath in the Nigiwa SPA area on the first floor. It draws water from Matsushima Onsen, also known as a skin-beautifying bath, making it ideal for quickly rinsing off after enjoying the sauna or rock salt bedrock bath, then stretching out your limbs and relaxing at leisure. You can fully enjoy its exceptionally smooth, moist bathwater.

Open-air observation bath

Located on the top floor, this breathtaking open-air bath offers a sweeping view of the majestic panorama of Matsushima Bay right in front of you. You can savor the hot spring, renowned as a skin-beautifying bath for its silky, luxurious feel. In the morning, enjoy the moving sunrise rising from the horizon, and at night, take in the star-filled sky and moonlit view while enjoying a supreme bath that feels as if you are becoming one with the sea.

Auto löyly sauna

A spacious sauna in the Nigiwa SPA area on the first floor, available to both men and women. You enter wearing dedicated spa wear, so you can relax together with a partner or friends. Although the temperature is mild, regular auto löyly fills the room with pleasant steam, gently encouraging high-quality perspiration from deep within the body.
