Sauna & Cold Bath Information
Bon Sauna
A spacious area where a convection stove evenly heats the entire room. It features a powerful air circulation system from the ceiling, enveloping the body in hot air and allowing for a deep perspiration experience in a short time. Despite the high temperature, it is designed to minimize discomfort, allowing you to thoroughly enjoy the heat.
Zen Sauna
A silent sauna that invites meditation, where löyly is performed on sauna stones in a pitch-black space. It is set at a slightly lower temperature than the Bon Sauna, characterized by increased humidity and perceived temperature due to löyly. In the darkness, you can face yourself and focus on your breathing while slowly sweating.
Cold Plunge Bath
A cold plunge bath using natural water sourced from 150 meters underground. Its moderate coldness provides a pleasant cooldown for the body heated in the high-temperature Bon Sauna or Zen Sauna. The soft water quality unique to natural underground water gently envelops the skin, offering a mellow sensation different from tap water.
