The large public baths on the 7th floor of the annex: Moonlight Bath for men and Kirara Bath for women. They are filled with the gentle, soft waters of Hida Takayama Onsen. From the large windows, you can admire a panoramic view of cherry blossoms along the Miyagawa River in spring, autumn foliage in fall, and the magnificent scenery of Norikura-dake and the Hotaka mountain range rising in brilliant white. It is a luxurious place to warm your body deeply while enjoying beautiful views.

A men-only observation open-air bath on the top floor of the annex. In a bath area with a wood deck that lets you feel the breeze, you can enjoy the smooth hot spring water. By day, you can take in the beautiful Hida mountain range and Norikura-dake; by night, you can have Takayama’s lovely night view and a sky full of stars all to yourself. After the sauna, resting on the bench for fresh-air bathing while gazing up at the spectacular view ahead is truly blissful.

A women-only relaxation hot spring bath created inside a white-walled earthen storehouse, renovated from a historic old house. When you pass through the heavy storehouse door, stunning amber-colored beams stretch across the ceiling, and a quiet inner garden full of Japanese charm spreads out before you. In this special space surrounded by the warmth and stillness of the storehouse, the experience of sinking into the soft water offers a high-quality, exceptional time of relaxation that frees you from everyday life.
