"Takayama Green Hotel" is a hot spring hotel in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture. Its private spring, Tenryo no Yu, is a mildly alkaline beauty bath that leaves the skin feeling soft, supple, and moisturized. The hotel features two large public baths: the spacious Honjin Dairoten, which overlooks the garden, and the modern, enchanting Tenryo no Yu ~Fuga~. The main bathhouse is equipped with a full-scale dry sauna, and guests can enjoy a large-volume shower and outdoor bathing in the fresh air flowing over the Japanese garden. With Hida Bussankan and a variety of restaurants on site, you can experience the charms of Hida Takayama with all five senses.
The hotel’s proud, spacious main bathhouse, where you can fully enjoy the private spring Tenryo no Yu. Beyond the large glass wall stretches a beautifully maintained Japanese garden that richly colors the atmosphere of the trip through spring cherry blossoms, summer fresh greenery, autumn leaves, and winter snow scenes. In the adjoining garden open-air bath with cypress and stone, you can relax in the hot water while feeling a pleasant breeze.
Located on the first basement floor of the main building, this elegant hot spring bathhouse has been modernly renovated. The gently refined indirect lighting and the chic, dark-toned space create an enchanting atmosphere like a sophisticated hideaway for adults. The open-air bath is equipped with a high-concentration carbonated spring that is expected to dilate blood vessels and help relieve fatigue while enhancing the bathing effect.
