Men'sWomen's

A medium- to low-temperature far-infrared low-temperature sauna installed in the separate men's and women's large public baths. The temperature is set at about 70°C, making it extremely mild, so it is easy to breathe in and places little strain on the heart. Even beginners and those who are not fond of saunas can relax and enjoy it with peace of mind. Thanks to the far-infrared effect, the heat gradually reaches deep into the body, and a longer bath helps promote a refreshing, high-quality sweat from deep within.
