It is kept in a mild, comfortable temperature range, and auto löyly, conducted once every 10-odd minutes, fills the room with moderate humidity and pleasantly warm air. Surrounded by the scent and warmth of wood, you can relax amid the lush greenery of the garden and fully enjoy a healthy sweating experience at your own pace.

A new-style Water Ceremony Sauna installed in the Sennyu large public bath, featuring beautiful light-and-water effects. Here too, once every 10-odd minutes, auto löyly (hot-air convection) takes place together with the lighting effects, and the pleasant heat of the water vapor helps enhance skin moisture and beauty benefits. While the temperature design is relatively gentle and mild, löyly supports perspiration well, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable sauna session.

A highly luxurious open-air cold plunge bath located just outside the sauna room in the Sennraku garden open-air bath. It lavishly uses mineral-rich, fresh natural water springing from Kogure's own mountain forest, and its feel on the skin is exceptionally clear and smooth. After the sauna, you can sink in up to your shoulders while breathing in the pleasant open-air atmosphere, leading you to a refreshing cool-down and the ultimate state of totonou.

A cold plunge bath prepared in the open-air area of the Sennyu garden open-air bath. It is also filled with high-quality cold water made from boiled spring water rich in minerals, and it has no chlorine smell, making it extremely gentle. It cools down your heated body after the sauna in a crisp, refreshing way. Right in front of the cold plunge bath, there are chairs and benches for a pleasant outdoor air bath, allowing you to fully enjoy an utterly luxurious open-air alternating bath cycle while feeling the clear mountain breeze of Joshu.
